Why don't I have a shirt...
It all started when we signed our daughter, Emma, up for gymnastics. All the girls had club shirts — but when I asked if I could buy one, the coach told me:
"We won’t be doing another group order until January."
That meant waiting three months for something as simple as a t-shirt. Three months that my daughter will ask me everytime, "Why don't I have a shirt?"
For us, that didn’t make sense. We had already built a successful store for personalized presents, and we knew we could build a better way.
That’s when TeamPrinted was born.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Sometimes orders are shipped in multiple packages. Please check your shipping confirmation to see if your items were sent separately. If you’re still missing part of your order, contact our customer service and we’ll help resolve the issue.
